Captain Rodney’s Cheese Bake Recipe

This recipe has been a long time favorite of mine and is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser.  I almost always have everything I need for this dip on hand, so it’s easy to throw together at the last minute.  You can find this sauce in a lot of gift stores around the South or you can also buy it online now too.  You need to give it a try.  It’s life changing 🙂

“The Top Tailgating Recipe in the South”
1/2 cup mayonnaise
One 8 oz pack cream cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 green onions (chopped)
6 Ritz crackers (crushed)
8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) I typically use the pre-packaged Bacon Pieces
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze. Serve with crackers.
