It’s getting warm down here in Florida and typically once it gets warm, I’m done making soups! We had one brief week of colder weather and I came across this Crockpot Chicken Noodle recipe that I wanted to try. I’ll be honest, this was not a recipe that my husband was a fan of. I really enjoyed it and it made a TON of soup. I was hoping Matt was going to like this soup because he doesn’t like carrots or celery and I was so excited to find a chicken noodle soup that didn’t have those veggies in it! I would definitely suggest using small noodles. I had medium sized shells on hand to use, but they got really large. Next time I would use the small shells.
