Holiday Gift List for the In-Laws or Grandparents

We’re back with another gift guide!! This one is for the parents/in-laws/grandparents that might have everything and need something special!! I love some of the personalized ideas as well as just some simple thoughtful gifts that they might love.

All About My Grandma or Grandpa – I just love these personalized books! We gave one to Daddy for Fathers Day and it was a lot of fun to fill out with the kids and give to him. I think it’s perfect for Grandparents.

Ina’s New Cookbook “Cook Like A Pro”– I just love a good cookbook and I always feel like these are a nice gift if your parents or in-laws like to cook. Ina and Jeffrey are just my favorites!

Tiles Keys or iPhone finder – Ya’ll, I put these on the gift guide for men; but I love them for grandparents too! How many times have we all lost our keys, phone or wallet and could use a little help finding them!

Family Recipe Tea Towel – I am SOO excited for this gift this year. This is such an awesome idea that I got from my friend Sarah. I have already received mine in the mail and I’m obsessed. My in-laws are going to go crazy over this. The recipe is dated 1972 and it still came out awesome.

Custom Watercolor of Grandkids – A sweet gift for the grandparents that they will cherish.

My Favorite Jewelry – Ya’ll are probably tired of hearing about my favorite jewelry but its just that good! I gave this to my Mom and Aunt last year and they always tell me how many compliments they receive!! It’s just such high quality.

Monogrammed Linens – I love these beautiful monogrammed napkins for the in-laws that love to entertain. Fine linens are so beautiful on the table.

The Loop – This is a new gadget that can be so much fun to share with grandparents. Loop is a family communication device for the home that allows you to seamlessly share video, photos, and video chat. Channels allow you to organize content onto your Loop into curated feeds that you can enjoy privately, or share with friends and family. When you invite someone to your Channel, they can view and add content to that specific Channel only. Use the Channel Knob on your Loop to change the Channel that is currently displaying. It is like a mini TV screen for grandparents to tune into all things “grandchildren.”

Barefoot Cozy Throw Blanket – I love everything that Barefoot does. I gave my inlaws the Barefoot cardigan last year and they were a big hit. This year, I love the idea of this throw to cozy up with at home.

Babies First Year Custom Art Frame – Are they new grandparents?? Give them a frame of their grand baby with all of their photos from the first year of life.

Family Recipe Cookbook – I just love this cookbook to collect all the family recipes. Maybe even give it to them with some of your favorite recipes already in it!

Beautiful Scarf – I just love a great scarf as a gift. I have this same one in different colors for Summer time and I just love it and get compliments all the time. These colors are perfect for wintertime to add some pizzaz to an outfit!

Custom Watercolor House Painting Ornament – I love this idea for the sentimental in-laws or grandparents. Either use their current house or maybe find a photo of the house they grew up in that shares a lot of fond memories!

Personalized Stationary – This is always a wonderful gift in my opinion! We can never have too much stationary.

Retro Electric Kettle – Need some tea?? How precious is this kettle to show off in your home. I need one!

Bamboo Bath Caddy – What Mama doesn’t love some relaxation at the end of evening. I love these bath caddy’s for a glass of wine and your favorite book at the end of the day.

Eyeglass Chain for Readers on Sunnies – These are perfect for the stylish grandma that needs a cute chain to hold those sunglasses or reading glasses. You can take it day or then at night remove the glasses and clasp the chain together to make a necklace!

Akola Bracelet – (not pictured) I just learned about this jewelry line and now I’m obsessed with it. A young Dallas girl as a Sophomore at SMU started this company after visiting Uganda. Every dollar spent on Akola products is reinvested in our mission to provide work opportunities and training to women in poverty in Dallas, TX and Uganda. Additionally, Akola relies on donations to provide social programs that teach women how to use their income to create meaningful change in their families and communities. I’m so happy to have learned of this amazing story.
