Holiday Gift List | For the Kids

The kid lists should be so easy, but some how each year it is still tough for me!  I love having toys for the kids, but I really don’t like an over-abundance.  I rounded up a few gift ideas for both boys and girls ages three and under for the most part.  I would love to hear some of your ideas for the kids.

Here’s a few big ticket toys that are fun and active for the kids and then I’ve also rounded up some of the smaller items below:

Bike with Training Wheels : I’m thinking I would like to get this for Brody this year.  He is 3.5 years old and I think should be pretty close to ready to ride with training wheels!

Strider Balance Bike : These balance bikes are a great thing to start the kids on before they move up to a regular bike.

Hot Wheels Quad and Track– My Mom has a Thomas the Train like this for the kids and they love it. They work great on and of the track which is fun as they get older.

My First Flybar– This is on Brody’s list this year.  It looks like a lot of fun!

Little Tykes Jump and Slide Bouncer – Our friends have one of these and they are perfect for weekends with the neighborhood kids, special occasions or just a fun excuse to be outside for the day.

Up and Down Roller Coaster– These are so much fun for the kids outside!

Fisher Price Jeep Wrangler – I want a double seater for Brody this year so he can start taking his sister for rides!

Huffy Disney Scooter – Brody got one of these for his 3rd birthday and loves scooting around outside with his helmet on.

Click and Play Saxophone – We love music in our house!

Little People A Christmas Story Nativity – This is Brody’s first year of really wanting to learn and understand the meaning of Christmas.  It’s so much fun watching it through his eyes.

Magnetic Ice Cream Cone Set– We love all of our kitchen items and can always add to the collection.

Hape Wooden Kitchen– This was one of Brody’s first birthday gifts and he still plays with it to this day.

Hape Kitchen Starter Set – Wooden accessories to play with.

Wooden Cookie Play Food Set – Brody is a Cookie Monster and we love Melissa & Doug toys.

Magnatiles– We play with these daily!

Magnetic Puzzle and Drawing Board- Love the idea of the magnets and also can be used as a drawing board.

Remote Control Car– We have the remote control plane that we love to play with!

Laugh and Learn Purse– Madelyn is obsessed with my keys and wallet and wants to empty it all the time. I think she needs one of her own.

Amazon Fire Kids Tablet– We own one of these and they are great for travel.  If you are a Prime member you get tons of free shows and videos and can download movies to watch in car or airplane.

Camp Fire Set– I want to add this set to Brody’s teepee so we can make s’mores.

Playdoh Cement Mixer– I kind of HATE play doh, but it can occupy some time and I think Brody’s old enough to use one of these play sets now.

What am I missing??? What are some of your favorite toddler toys??

You can find a few more kid ideas here under the Shop tab on the blog.

Here’s a few more gift lists from last week in case you missed them too:

I wish my hubby would get on board with the roller coaster. It’s so fun! Love the smal items too. My daughter has the little purse and it’s a huge hit in our house. I want to grab the nativity set.
