The last couple of years we have kept a pretty similar schedule at Christmas time. We have been celebrating Christmas with my in-laws here in Pensacola the weekend before Christmas and then they head back home to Montgomery to spend Christmas Day at home.
On December 23rd, we have an adult family dinner at Jacksons Restaurant. It’s always a fun kick-off to all the festivities. We dress up and always have a great time.
Christmas Eve, we go to mass and then we head to my Brothers and SIL’s for dinner. We make it an early one so we are all back home in time to get ready for Christmas!
Christmas Day we had the best time watching the kids open presents! Molly slept through most of the present opening. I know that sounds bad, but it kind of worked out so we could focus on the big kids. I had pre-made everything for breakfast and just had to put it in the oven after we opened gifts. My Mom and Bill came over after we opened presents and had some breakfast with us and the kids were so excited to show them all of their gifts from Santa.
Later that afternoon, my Brother and his family came over, my MIL, and we all had an early Christmas dinner and exchanged gifts with them! I have a huge photo dump below of all of our pictures. If you have any specific questions about stuff, please feel free to ask.

What a fun Christmas! Ours was so great this year because Vivi “got it” moreso than last year and I have a feeling each year will get better and better!
