We had such a fun weekend up in Montgomery with family. We were visiting my Sister-in-law and her family. They live in this really cute community outside of Montgomery called The Waters. Its a big planned development that has several community pools, lots of big lakes, and everyone rides around on golf carts!
It was a quick 48 hours, but the kids got to squeeze in lots of fun with their Aunt, Uncle and cousins! We celebrated Brody’s 5th birthday with them when we first got there on Friday and then Saturday morning we had some good pool time. After Madelyn’s nap, we loaded everyone up for the lake to do some fishing. The kids were catching tons of fish. It was so cute! We ate dinner at home and played several rounds of Rummikub (the adults) and Spades. We never get the time to play games anymore, but since the cousins kept my kids entertained, we had a little peace quiet!!
Sunday was more pool time and a breakfast out at Waffle House! The kids wanted to squeeze in a little more fishing time before it was time to head home. We had a great visit and lots of fun with family!

That’s so funny. We live like 5 mins from there. We had a offer in on a house there and some out bid us. That is the cutest neighborhood.
