The Button-Down

Thank goodness the button-down shirt dresses are EVERYWHERE this season because dressing for breast feeding a baby is no joke!  You get so excited after you finally deliver your baby to get out of maternity clothes and have your wardrobe back; but the truth is, that doesn’t happen.  Now, when selecting clothes, it’s all about easy access.  Here’s some cute options that don’t break the bank.

Banana Republic belted shirt dress / / Gap navy blue pleated dress //  Gap flannel shirt dress // Gap Split neck Dress /  / Old Navy long sleeve print dress / /Equipment blouse / /  Banana republic piped shirt dress  //  Tinley Road blouse // Gap split neck dress  // Old Navy western denim dress
For other breastfeeding moms out there…What’s your favorite thing to wear???

I'm with you and have been wearing tons of button down shirts lately, all from Old Navy. I haven't wanted to spend a lot since I'm not back to my normal size yet. Luckily ON has some cute ones right now. I'm just dying for the weather to cool down a bit so these shirts are more comfortable to wear.

  2. You are absolutely right! When I was nursing, I lived in button downs or nursing tanks under sweaters and jackets! At least there are cute options out there! 🙂

    • I know. I've definitely had to invest in a few new things, but luckily it will be things I can continue to wear afterwards!

  3. V-necks are great for breastfeeding too. I lived in a v-neck tee during the summer months when I breastfed both of my kids.
