Thoughts for Thursday

Hey friends! Welcome to Thoughts for Thursday.  Im sorry I’m a little late this morning.  We ended up having a fun family dinner at my Mom’s house last night and I was too tired when I got home to finish my post.  We had the prettiest harvest moon last night.  It was so big.   It always makes me so happy when we can get the cousins together and even more happy when I get to see both of my brothers! Family dinners are the best 🙂

We’ve been busy getting ready for Halloween around here.  In years past, I’ve mostly just decorated for Fall and never really invested in any Halloween specific decor.  Now that the kids are getting older, they are loving it.  So these cute blow ups came from Lowe’s after a family trip to the store last weekend.  They are actually really cute because they aren’t too huge.

We have actually had a few days this week with cooler temperatures and a nice breeze.  I’ve broken out my jeans even though its still way too hot for sweaters still.   Madelyn is sporting her knee highs and it makes my heart smile.  I love them so much.  These cute ones are from SalePimento, but I’m also loving the vibrant ones from Little Stocking Co too.

We just got the kids school pictures back this week and I’m in love.  I’m always amazed at how well they get them to smile and sit so properly 🙂

This cute pink slouchy tunic is so soft.   I love it for this Winter because of the color and the length.  Its long enough to cover my bum so its cute with skinny jeans or great with leggings.

I wore this simple outfit to dinner at my Mom’s last night.  I love jeans and a simple tee right now since it’s still not cool enough outside for heavier tops.  These slides ended up being one of my favorite purchases from the Nordstrom sale this summer.  They are so easy and the blush color is so pretty!

okay friends. thats all for today!  Hope you can link up with us below!

Loving this post! I wish it was a little cooler so we could all get into the full swing of Fall. Those leopard mules are too cute. I’m wearing jeans and tees as much as possible right now too.
