Thoughts for Thursday | Brody’s Seizure

So we’ve been MIA this week after a terrible virus sent Brody to the ER Monday night.  He had a febrile seizure which can happen from the rapid rate that a fever rises.  It was incredibly scary night that I hope I never have to go through again.  I appreciate so much of your support from Instagram (@homeofmalones) and all of you that reached out with similar stories.  It’s very comforting.
I plan to give a detailed post at a later date, but I just wanted to let you all know that we are back home from the hospital and doing well.  He was pretty weak and groggy coming off the meds, so each day is getting better!!

    Aww poor baby and mama!!! I don't know how I missed your instagram post. I'm so happy he's home and doing better. This just happened to one of my friend's daughters and was my biggest fear when Matthew had his horrible fever virus a few weeks ago. Let me know if you need anything.
