This light, fresh, feta dip took less than 5 minutes to put together and is basically four simple ingredients. We made this last weekend and guys and girls alike were going crazy over it. This will definitely be one that I remember to make again in the future. I think you guys will enjoy it as much as we did.
4 Ingredient Feta Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (use the block feta if possible)
4 Roma tomatoes diced
1 bunch green onions sliced
2-3 teaspoons Greek seasoning
1 loaf baguette or Pita Chips for serving
Olive Oil
Instructions
Cover a serving platter with a layer of olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, green onions, and feta to the olive oil.
Sprinkle the Greek seasoning on top. And maybe a little more olive oil if needed.
Carefully mix all of the ingredients until they are well combined.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Cut the baguette into 1/4-inch slices and serve with the dip. I like to spoon some of the dip onto the bread slices are serve it like bruschetta. I also loved serving with Pita Chips.
