Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect party sandwich. Its perfect for a game day or just a normal day of the week, these tangy and spicy buffalo chicken sliders are a delicious appetizer. You can easily double the recipe or play around with how much buffalo sauce you like.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls, 12 count
- 1/2 package ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a crockpot, place your chicken, ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce and cook on high for 1 hour until cooked through. Once cooked shred chicken with two forks in large bowl using the sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

In the large bowl with chicken, add cheddar cheese and ranch dressing and mix.

Split your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared 9×13 baking dish.

Spread chicken mixture on bottom half of rolls

Place the top half of the buns on top and brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.

Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 15 minute

Remove foil, and bake for an additional 5 minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn a golden brown.

Remove from oven, slice and serve!
Recipe Notes
MAKE AHEAD:
These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to three months. Simply assemble the sandwiches as listed above, but hold off on adding the butter topping. Wrap the sandwiches tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. When you are ready, take them out of the freezer, bring to room temp, and add the butter and you are ready to bake!
