I made this Crack Corn Dip this past weekend for a football game and it reminded me how much I love it! It’s super easy (use frozen corn!), but is packed with lots of flavor. I love a good corn dip and the fact that this one is served hot! I hope you like it as much as us!
Crack Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 8- oz cream cheese softened
- 1 1-oz package Original Ranch dressing mix
- 1 3-oz bag bacon bits (Oscar Mayer)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 16- oz sour cream
- 3-1/2 cups frozen corn kernels thawed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake dip 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with Frito Scoops or Tostito Scoops

Oh my word this looks amazinggg!! For some reason my husband doesnt like corn so I rarely make things with corn in it. This has my mouth watering! I think I’ll have to carry this to a party or something!
