I have an exciting new link-up to introduce to all of you!! My friends over at Ann Elliott and Pampers + Pearls are hosting a new weekly fashion link-up party called Mid Week Muse.
Here’s the story and how it works…
THE BACK-STORY:
Muse: one of nine Greek goddesses that inspired the arts.
We know that putting together a perfect outfit, incorporating that bold new accessory, or re-thinking that treasured (and oft worn) piece in your closet is an art, and therefore we want to provide a little extra inspiration – a muse if you will. “Mid Week Muse” is a chance for all lovers of fashion to network and inspire others by sharing their “muse” for that week. Are you obsessing over a specific item? Post it! Did you create a collage of your dream look? Share it! Did you wear the perfect outfit? Let’s see it!
HOW IT WORKS:
Mid Week Muse is a linkup party every Wednesday. Submit your favorite fashion related post from that week and link it up here at Ann Elliott and Pampers & Pearls. Fellow bloggers and readers are one of our greatest sources of inspiration, and we hope you will join us and share your “muse.”

Let’s be honest. We’re all nosey and love to see what other people are wearing and how they style their clothes. I don’t really know why, but we do…especially us bloggers. I am no fashionista, but certainly guilty of too much online shopping, so I will try and share an outfit from time to time. However, I am much more interested in styling my son Brody than styling myself these days; so you will probably get more of that!
Here is what we wore for Easter Church and an Easter brunch with family at our house…
Easter Attire | Mama + Mini by homeofmalones featuring a beaded fringe necklace
Mama:
Fan Fringe Necklace // Sleeveless Ruched Dress // Valentina D’Orsay Pumps // Bourbon and Bowties Bracelets // David Yurman Ring // David Yurman Bracelet // Kate Spade Quilted Crossbody {old but similar here}
Mini:
This was a gift but similar: Jack and Teddy Linen Shortall // Freshly Picked Moccasins
What do ya’ll think?? Do you like to read and see what others wore? How about baby style? Do you like to read about what baby Brody wears? Let me know your feedback.
Annie…thanks for linking up!!! You look gorgeous in that coral dress; perfect color for you! I can't believe Brody is walking – time flies! Hope you are well! XOXO
LOVE your look AND Brody's outfit! Even without little ones I like to see sweet baby attire. Thanks for linking up today! xo
You all looked so beautiful on Easter!
And, I am totally not a Fashionista either, but I've been taking daily pictures of my outfits for work and posting them every Tuesday. It's actually been fun for me to mix it up in my closet. I'm trying to add more layers, and accessories, and I feel like I'm getting a lot of use out of the clothes that I already have because I don't want to wear things twice.
Love this link up and both of your outfits! I'm going to join in next week!
