Easy Peach Cobbler

This simple and delicious peach cobbler has been a running favorite at our house for many, many years.  The toughest part of this recipe is find the perfectly ripe peaches!!  Of course peaches are in season in the summertime, so be sure to put this recipe on your summer bucket list for a fun family dessert.  Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream!

Easy Peach Cobbler

Turn oven to 350 degrees
Put 1/2 stick of butter into a bread loaf pan
Put pan into oven so butter melts
Peel and cut 2 cups of peaches into bite size pieces, set aside.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Then mix into a batter:
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup bisquick
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Take pan out of oven
Pour batter into pan with the melted butter.
DO NOT STIR
Top with peaches
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
++ Any fruit can be used for this recipe.  1/2 peaches and 1/2 blueberries is really good too!!++
