For Matt and I, we typically try to keep Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts either personalized or just nice gestures throughout the day. For me, I love breakfast in bed; but that’s definitely not Matt’s thing. I might also love a gift certificate to the spa or something sweet and personal from the kids. So I try to do the same when picking out Father’s Day gifts. I love some of these ideas this year from me and the kids. I hope you like them too 🙂
- Best Dad Ever – I love this personalized photo idea. They make it so easy to just add your photos to the print and pick your personalized frame and you are ready to check out! I also love this To the Moon and Back print because I ask my kids every night how much Mama loves them! So if thats a thing with your husband and kids, that might be super cute too.
- Grill Prep Trays – Okay, so this one is not personalized, but its summertime and the grillin’ is easy :). No, seriously. My uncle had these trays for grilling and I fell in love with them. Red is for raw meat and black is for cooked. They look like they would be really heavy but they are light weight and dishwasher safe. I have already ordered Matt some for Father’s Day and I might be as excited as him about them!
- What I Love About Dad Book – This is an inexpensive and cute idea for the kids to give Daddy. These are always funny to read back years later and Daddy will probably get a good laugh from it.
- Shutterfly Photobook – These are always a family favorite and I know I include them on a lot of my gift lists, but I always like to remind people about them. You can make a specific Fathers Day book this year or for me, I finally made my Malone Family Album from 2017 that I am going to surprise him with. These are always some of our favorite treasures to look back on.
- All About My Dad – My friend, Sarah, found this one and I loved it so much, I made one from the kids. The template is done for you, just add 12 photos of Daddy with the kids. Get the book sent to you and then let your kiddos fill it out or help them write it. These are so sweet and perfect for them to bring to their office. You still have time to order too.
- Acrylic Block Frames – I have ordered these for gifts in the past and they are on major sale right now. Typically, they are a little pricey, but they are such great quality and I love stacking a bunch of them all together. They look really classy and perfect for a gift.
- Greatest Dad Desk Sign – This is cheesy, but cute. It is just something to have on their desk at work to remind them of their kids each day.
And these are some really cute ideas to do with the kids. I found all of these on Pinterest, but none of them had sources. They were just photos that had been uploaded. Since my kids aren’t in school, they won’t be making crafts for Fathers Day; so some of these are cute to do with them this summer.
So sweet 😇
I love this idea of buying some inexpensive golf balls and letting the kids decorate them with sharpies. Then when Daddy goes to hit his golf ball, he will think about his kiddos.
How funny is this???

All such great ideas! I had all intentions of making a photo book but I got overwhelmed when I started and now I think I’m too late. Wah!! Will absolutely do the golf balls when V is old enough to decorate them…. so cute!
I gave Kyle those grill prep trays for Christmas and we used them all the time! Matt will love them. I love that All about My Dad book too, great ideas!
