If you missed my Thoughts for Thursday post last week, I told you that I was going to start keeping track of my workouts here so I stay accountable. I’ve decided I will keep track of my workouts for the week on Sundays. That way I can account for the whole week and get a good idea of what workouts I’m making and which ones keep getting skipped (typically Fridays)!
The pink check means I completed the workout and if it doesn’t have a pink check next to it that means I had planned to go, but didn’t make it 🙁
Workout Schedule for the Week of September 29th:
This past week was fun because I broke out some of my old Shawn T videos from T-25. I forget how much I liked these videos even though I never completed the full series! They are a great workout in just 25 minutes and I can do it in the comfort of my own home when Brody’s napping.
Workout Schedule for the Week of October 6th:
Has anyone complete the T-25 videos?? Hope you all had a great weekend. I’m enjoying soaking up the last few hours and watching my husband work his butt off building Brody’s new swing set. Hopefully I’ll have a picture to share with ya’ll tomorrow 🙂
Love this idea and great motivation for me post baby!! I was thinking of getting T25 or Insanity to do at home once I'm cleared for exercise again since I might not be leaving the house a lot and would love your opinion on T25.
I love T25 too! I *sort of* completed the videos, I have alpha and beta and did most of alpha and part of beta, then I switched back over to 21 Day Fix for a while. But I started T25 again this past week!
I tried to do T25 series but my knees crapped out on me. Boo! I want to give it another go though. Love seeing your goals!
