We spent 4th of July weekend this year at my Mom’s house in Pass Christian, MS to celebrate her birthday! It was such a fun weekend with family and friends and then we headed back home on Sunday to celebrate the 4th at home.
It was her birthday weekend, but she was so sweet to rent a slide/bounce house for the kids for the weekend and we had a great time enjoying the pool and her new house all weekend in between little pop-up storms that lingered around.
Saturday night we had a dinner party at the house for my Mom’s birthday!! Some of our best childhood friends, live about 6 doors down from my Mom’s new house, so they were all in town visiting for the 4th and came over to celebrate with us! Wildflower catering out of Gulfport, MS came to cater the dinner for us and they put out an incredible spread of food!! It was delicious.
Our friends from New Orleans brought over the cake for her birthday and it was INCREDIBLE! They did a great job.
The cousins had so much fun playing together.
I got my Mom this cute knit, matching cover-up to mine for her birthday!! It was one of those instagram ads that kept catching my attention and finally I had to pull the trigger. The brand is Steele. I can’t even find it again!
We got home Sunday night and got in bed early so we would be ready for a 4th of July celebration at the house! We had a few friends come over for the day and we had stopped on our way home from Mississippi to buy fireworks to do at home and we did those off the pier this year!
It was another great 4th of July celebration!
