Pecan & Pepper Jelly Dip
Super easy appetizer that is the perfect blend of sweet and salty.
Ingredients
2 cups Pecans
2 cups Shredded Cheese
2 bunches Green Onions, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 jar (10 1/2 Ounces) Red or Green Pepper Jelly
Preparation
Chop pecans (I pulsed mine in a food processor) and mix with remaining ingredients. Put it into a serving dish.
If you have time, chill for a few hours for flavors to blend. Serve with Ritz Crackers. Enjoy!
