Pimento and Pepper Jelly Bites
A delicious, 3 ingredient, bite-sized appetizer of phyllo cups filled with pimento cheese and topped with pepper jelly!
This easy appetizer was such a hit at my girls party that I had to share it. It almost feels silly to share because it is so easy, but hopefully this will remind us all to make it. It was cute idea for the holidays and it would be great for Valentine’s too with the red pepper jelly!
Ingredients
- 2 packages of mini phyllo shells (in the freezer section)
- 1 1/2 cups pimento cheese (I love the Palmetto Brand)
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove shells from freezer and fill with pimento cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven and top with a little dollop of pepper jelly.
- Serve warm or at room temp.
