It’s Wednesday and I’m finally getting around to recapping our weekend, but that has just felt like the way life is rolling this week. I’m just a few steps behind on everything!!
We had a super fun weekend celebrating the birthdays of both my SIL and my 5 year old nephew.
Friday afternoon we celebrated my SIL with a girls lunch at our monthly spot, Jacksons. We have a group that tries to meet up for lunch once a month and lately it’s been a ton of fun because we have been using it to celebrate birthdays. My brother surprised her with some beautiful flowers and a really nice bottle of champagne for everyone!

Saturday morning we celebrated my nephew at The Fun Plex in Gulf Breeze and the kids had a ball. They had a little party room and then tons of bounce house options for the kids to play on!
Saturday night we chilled at home with the kids, cooked some burgers on the grill, watched the March Madness games and just had some good ole’ fashion family time! It was nice.
Sunday morning we woke up to run some errands as a family and then we had one more fun celebration to round out the weekend.

We went to brunch to celebrate my SIL’s birthday with a few other couples! It was so much fun having a little Sunday Funday. After brunch, they rented this big bicycle trolley for us all to ride around downtown. It played music, you could bring a cooler, and it was hilarious. Everyone had a blast and it was a perfect day to enjoy being outside.
It was a weekend full of fun celebrations! That’s probably why it has taken me 3 days to get it recapped :). Hope you have a happy hump day!!
