We’ve been out on the boat a lot lately and we are always looking for something easy that we can bring out with us. We have been making this one for a few years and it is so easy and always a hit. Mix it all up in a pitcher and throw it in the cooler! This is also great for an adult beverage at a Summer party. I have one more great drink recipe to share with ya’ll soon that I just recently made and I love it. It makes a large batch like this one too.
Summer Brew
Ingredients
6 cans of Light Beer (16 0z cans)
1 Can of Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1- 1 1/2 cups Vodka
Ice and Lemon Wedges
Instructions
In a pitcher add in all your beer.
Dump in your frozen lemonade concentrate, and then pour in your vodka.
Stir well and then add in ice and lemon wedges.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the vodka to taste, if you add more it will be a stronger mix. Use less for a more mellow cocktail.
