Thoughts for Thursday | Names and Faces Photo Book

I have a special treat for you ladies today and hope you take the opportunity to enjoy it as much as I have.  A couple of weeks ago, I came across this adorable idea from Sara at Running from the Law
It’s called the Book of Names and Faces by Pinhole.  The timing was perfect because we had really begun to see Brody’s interest in trying to say real words and I was trying to work on names with him. We have family in other cities that Brody won’t see on a regular basis and I loved the idea of him flipping through this book and being able to see them all.
I will tell you that the price of the book is on the high side {$49.99}, but the quality of this book is amazing.  You will not be left disappointed when you see the size and thickness of each and every page.  You get 48 pages (24 pictures) to customize your own large, spiral-bound book.
It honestly only took me 20 minutes to customize my book.  I tried to find high-quality photos (not iPhone pictures) to use for each family member and usually chose one that had him in it with them.
I think if you have multiple children or plan to have more, you could customize this book to be more generic so it would work for everyone.  I chose to make it Brody’s, but I’m sure he will be happy to share it with any future siblings to come πŸ˜‰
The holiday’s are right around the corner and I’d be willing to bet that anyone that received this as a gift would be blown away.  I know I always receive the highest praises when I give any type of photo book as a gift.  People love to ew and ah over memories…
Here’s what each of the pages look like:

Nice big pictures printed on super thick paper.  The photo quality is excellent.

Look how small Brody looks on my Dad’s chest… I want him to always remember his Papa Bear even though he only knew him for 6 months.

My whole side of the family…

Lots more pages to the book, but I didn’t want to bore you too much.
After I received the book and saw the quality for myself, I reached out to Pinhole Press to see if they would offer my readers a discount.  They generously offered to give all of you 15% off your entire purchase from now until Friday, Oct. 24th with the code VIPMALONES.
I hope some of you can take advantage of it and enjoy a gorgeous book of all your family.

This is beautiful!! From someone who lives far from all my babies back in Chicago, it is SO heartwarming when I see them and they say "Tess!!!". My cousins have done such a good job with their book of names, and it totally warrants parental bonus points!!! πŸ˜‰

This is too cute. We had to make something similar to this for Katelyn's nursery class, so that she could have pictures of her family at school which I thought was really sweet.
