I am finally here to share our family week in Rosemary from this Summer. We have been taking this trip for several years now and it is always one that we are looking forward to for some good relaxing and family time!
We stayed this year at the Serendipity House with my brother and sister in laws family and then my Mom stayed in the Carriage house. This house was great and actually reminded me a lot of our house from last year, the Boardwalk Cottage. It is just on the southside of 30A and walking distant to everything.
The house had a 3rd floor that was perfect for all of the kids. It had two sets of bunk beds, a movie room with ping pong and another room with a pool table. It was a great place to let the kids have some fun after dinner.
We spent our days down at the beach most days and afternoons at the pool. We were there the first week of August and the water was so clear and beautiful and the weather was really nice. I think the only evening that it really rained the entire trip was the evening that we had a beachside fire pit scheduled and sadly it was cancelled. The good news was that it stayed cleared long enough for us to let the kids make smores using our outdoor firepit at the house!!!
The girls from Gather and Graze Emerald coast dropped by the most amazing charcuterie board and the cutest smores board for the kids!! I was in love with all the goodies they put on the board and the fun cast iron skillet they used for marshmallows.
We were able to sneak in a dinner at my Rosemary Beach favorite, Pescado, one night. Reservations have been so hard to come by lately, but we were able to put our name on the list for outside and scored a great table.
We had dinner at Cafe Thirty A. This is a great restaurant that consistently always serves great food. Its definitely more of an adult restaurant but you see people bring kids here too.

We took one day mid week when everyone had had a little too much sun at the beach to go to Shipwreck Island in Panama City. This is always a fun thing to do one day and the kids have a ball. They have stuff for all ages too.
We had one of our last dinners at home and catered by 30A Signature catering and our meal was so outstanding. It was the cajun menu and I can’t recommend it enough. The she crab soup was like nothing I had ever had before. It was amazing. You can call them and have it all catered or they will send a chef and set up and serve dinner.
My phone died on me the last day or two of our trip. I think I got water in it when we were at the waterpark! We had the most gorgeous final day at the beach. The weather was extra perfect and then Matt and I and Bryan and Erin went down to Alys Beach for our final night and we were able able to weasel our way into the Citizen Restaurant. This is another one that has been difficult to get into. It was such a fun night and the food was great and the atmosphere even better.
We are always sad to say goodbye to another week at the beach! We look forward to all the memories to come!
